This one covered the whole roofline: new white uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering, black half-round guttering on the main and lower roofs, three courses of tiles stripped and relaid on new membrane with eaves trays, dry verge caps front and back, and the chimney re-flaunched. Holt Scaffolding provided the access.
A chimney repair with new lead soakers, a new front plate and back plate, and new step flashing where the chimney meets the roof, so water runs off it instead of in.
Old, loose ridge tiles came off and went back on with a new clip system. While he was up there Josh spotted some broken tiles and replaced them at no extra charge, which the customer mentioned in their review.
