Loscoe is a village on the northern edge of Heanor, about five miles from our base. The jobs we have done there show the range of our work, from a full re-roof to two small bay roofs and a flat rubber roof.
New membrane and battens on the Loscoe re-roof
A full re-roof in grey Ashmore tiles
We replaced the whole roof on this Loscoe home in sleek grey Ashmore tiles for a modern finish. The old chimney was taken down, then a new breathable membrane, 25x50 treated laths and eaves support trays went on, with a dry ridge system and dry verge caps to finish.

Two bay windows rebuilt
Two front bay windows were stripped and rebuilt with a new breathable membrane, eaves support trays and treated laths under new cement fibre slates. The leadwork was dressed by hand, using an old trick with a broomstick to get the lead to sit tight against the bays.

A rubber roof on the Heanor border
On the Heanor and Loscoe border we supplied and fitted a new EPDM rubber roof system with smart new perimeter trims, a new dry ridge kit and extra fixings in the boards to stop them lifting in future.
