Double Roman tiles, insulated to current regs
A full new roof that brought the house up to date from the loft upwards. The loft was insulated to current Building Regulations, then we laid a new breathable membrane, eaves support trays and 25x50mm treated battens, fitted dry valleys, a full dry ridge and a new dry verge, and finished in Double Roman tiles. Our sister company, Holt Scaffolding, put the scaffold up, so one team ran the whole job.
A slate roof we had to put right
This customer paid twice. Another roofing company put their slate roof on wrong, and they then had to pay again for us to come and put it back right. The before and after photos are on our Facebook page.
A loft conversion with two dormers
On a Ripley loft conversion we built both dormer shells and made them watertight, working alongside the joiner, and took the job through to the point where it was ready for the plasterer.
A new rubber roof
A flat roof in Ripley re-covered in EPDM rubber, with the before and after photos posted on our Facebook page.
